Destroy Fat Cells - 30 Seconds With Your Hand and 15 Seconds With Water

I'm feeling sassy today. What's shaking? Your belly, perhaps? Well if it does, I'm going to become your new best friend because I have 2 lazy and crazy ways to destroy fat cells.

One way takes only 30 seconds and the other takes only 15 seconds.

Destroy Fat Cells

1. Do belly rubs

This is the 30 second technique. What you do is rub your hands together for 15 seconds to generate heat. Got that so far? Great.

Next, while lying down, rub small circles with your hand around your belly button for 15-30 seconds. Keep repeating for a total of 5 minutes a day.

So... you're thinking... "huh", what's the deal on that? Well, the deal is... the heat from your hand shoots right through your skin while rubbing your belly. It shoots right through and into your fat cells.

The fat cells don't like this heat so they either loosen up and get excreted or they basically self-destruct. Now, some fat deposits are more hardy and aren't as easily destroyed... so it may take some time for those.

2. Rinse your body with really cold water for 15 seconds after your shower

Brrrrrrr. I'd tell you to take a cold shower, but I know you probably can't handle it. So do the next best thing. Take your normal shower. When you're done, simply rinse really cold water all over your body for 15-20 seconds. That's it.

This works for fat loss because the cold water causes your body to go into thermogenesis (burn fat for energy and heat). This also works with drinking cold water, just not as good. Simple enough, huh?

So there you go. Destroy fat cells with nothing more than your hand and 15 seconds of cold water.
